The Shaggar Rental Portal is an official digital service of the City of Shaggar — developed to reduce the time and effort residents spend navigating municipal rental and land clearance services.
Before this portal existed, residents had to visit subcity offices multiple times just to submit paperwork — often losing days of work with no certainty about wait times or appointment availability. We built this to change that.

This step differs slightly depending on which service you choose:
Rental AgreementFill in the full rental agreement form online — tenant details, property address, agreement period, rent amount, and any special conditions. The portal shows you exactly which supporting documents to upload. Review the completed agreement carefully before submitting; once submitted it goes directly to the officer.Land ClearanceThe portal displays the list of documents your subcity requires for clearance. Review the list, prepare your files, upload them, and submit. No form to fill — the documents speak for themselves. - 5Officer reviewOfficer reviews and approves your request
A registered city officer assigned to your subcity receives your submission. They review the rental agreement or clearance documents, verify authenticity against city records, and either approve the request or flag any issues back to you.
- 6Your appointment is scheduled
Once the officer approves your request, they schedule an in-person appointment for you at the subcity office. You'll receive a notification with the date and time.
- 7Confirming your slotPay the appointment fee
Your scheduled appointment appears in your account dashboard. To secure your slot, pay the appointment fee through the portal. Until payment is confirmed, the slot remains provisional.
- 8Come in person to complete the service
On the scheduled date, visit your subcity office with the original copies of all required documents. The officer will finalize the rental agreement stamp or issue your land clearance certificate in person.
Walk in only after your request is verified and fee is paid.
